Free First Saturday

Visit the Appleton on the first Saturday of each month for free admission all day to see the special exhibitions, permanent collection, and to make art in the Artspace. The Heavenly Foods and Devilish Treats food truck will be onsite throughout the day.

At 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. see a screening of “Some Kind of Heaven.” This 2020 documentary offers a tender and surreal exploration of what life is like inside the palm-tree-lined streets of Florida’s The Villages, America’s largest retirement community.
